About the service

Benefits of using our Telephone & Video Interpreting service:

  • Connect up to 4 Video participants for On-demand or Scheduled calls.
  • Participants can be added at any time by either the Interpreter or the Client by Video, Audio, or over the phone.
  • Add users by link, SMS, or email.
  • No installation required and additional participants never need to log in.
  • Requestors have full room control, can remove or mute users at anytime. Waiting rooms are also used to gather invited users whilst they wait for the meeting to begin.
  • Stay private: A knock to join filter allows Requestors or Interpreters to decide who enters the room.
  • Mobile support for iOS and Android.
  • Fully reportable: Details of call are immediately exportable and reportable through the system for all registered users.
  • Full privacy and security compliance which exceeds public web-conferencing applications such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Skype and includes all the backend data support, which is also not available on standard programs.  
  • 24 hours a day access and assistance whenever you need it through our out of hours team.
