Your main responsibilities:

As a Team Leader in the Interpreting Department, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and teamwork. You’ll be handling face-to-face bookings, telephone, and video interpreting requests.

Key responsibilities include

  • Guiding the team to achieve set targets.
  • Overseeing day-to-day workload, managing non-attendance, engaging with new clients, and monitoring the Interpreting Inbox
  • Monitoring and reporting on the team’s performance to the Line Manager.
  • Making sure the team follows client procedures and updating them as needed.
  • Providing data to the Line Manager for reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Identifying training needs within the team and letting the Line Manager know.
  • Creating a positive work environment by listening to team members’ feedback.

  • Relevant experience in team leadership or a similar role.
