Your main responsibilities:
As a Team Leader in the Interpreting Department, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and teamwork. You’ll be handling face-to-face bookings, telephone, and video interpreting requests.
Key responsibilities include
- Guiding the team to achieve set targets.
- Overseeing day-to-day workload, managing non-attendance, engaging with new clients, and monitoring the Interpreting Inbox
- Monitoring and reporting on the team’s performance to the Line Manager.
- Making sure the team follows client procedures and updating them as needed.
- Providing data to the Line Manager for reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identifying training needs within the team and letting the Line Manager know.
- Creating a positive work environment by listening to team members’ feedback.
